What is the warranty?

Our made in USA Sofas have lifetime warranty on frames, lifeime on fabric seams and  2 years on cushions cores.  Other products come with 1 year warranties unless otherwise noted.  Please contact us for more details on a specific products warranty.  

We also sell "Guardian" 10 year warranty fabric protection system which runs $99 per 2 arm sofa.

 Do you give designer or trade discounts?

We work with the trade and will be happy to discuss the discounts with any qualified person or business. 

How long does it take to order?

Most custom USA orders or special orders take between 3-5 weeks (Seattle area). Fabric and leather availability can affect your shipping times.  If we have it in stock we can usually get it to you within a few days,  Please add 2-4 weeks for out of Washington State delivery.  Imported products can take 8-12 weeks for special or custom orders.  Please contact us directly to get more specific time frames, we will always work hard to get it to you in a timely manner.   In stock products take 1-5 days for delivery. 

What is your return policy?

All custom or special orders are non-refundable.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER. Fabric and leather are subject to availability and could delay your order. Some in stock items can be returned within 48 hours of purchase, restocking and or delivery fees can be applied. Shipping costs to and from your home will apply to all returns (unless we make a mistake with your purchase). All sales are final after 48 hours. Floor models and as-is goods are final sales. All internet orders are non refundable after we ship, but we will call you before we ship. Any damage caused by shipping company will be taken care of as long as you note it when you receive the item from the shipping company. Check your order carefully before the shipping company leaves for any damges or issues and contact us ASAP.

Do you deliver to where I live?

Seattle and Bellevue area is $95 full service, we can remove old sofas for a $40 fee.

Eastern Washington or Portland area we have good  rates.   Please give us a call with any questions and price quoting.

We also deliver to your location anywhere in USA via White Glove in home service. In home national lower 48 state white delivery FULL SERVICE is $350 for most sectionals.  We ship to Alaska via various shipping lines and can do that for you.  Please contact us with exactly pricing and see what we can work out depending on service.

Do you have a showroom?

We operate two showrooms downtown Seattle at 915 western AVE and Bellevue at 10623 NE 8th ST one block East of Bellevue square.
