What is your exchange / return policy?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Items sold off our sales floor may be returned at full refund within 48 hours. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. On sale samples are final sales. Custom and speical orders are non-refundable after 24 hours from orignal purchase..
Do you have a showrooms and what are your hours?
Yes we do located at 915 Western AVE in downtown Seattle open 7 days a week 11-6pm Monday-Saturday and 12-5pm Sundays.
Where are your products made?
Our custom sofas and sectionals are 100% made in California, USA. Other items we sale come from all over the world, please ask us and we can tell you the origin.
What is the Modern Design Sofas Warranty?
Our made in USA sofas and sectionals come with a lifetime frame warranty, 2 years on cushions and seams, and an optional 10 fabric protection treatment.
You can also find warranty information on the item's product page here on our website.
Most other items come with a standard 1 year manufactors warranty against breakage and parts, please feel free to call or ask for details on a specific item.
Do you ship where I live?
We offer in home delivery to the greater Seattle area for around $100. We have excellent shippers for Eastern Washington and Oregon as well. We also drop ship certain items and offer national white glove to most of the US. Please contact us today and we can provide you our best shipping quote. For now any out of state orders ship sales tax free.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How long will delivery of my order take?
In stock items ship with in 5-7 days. Custom or special orders take 2-6 weeks. Fabric and stock can affect ship times and we will contact you with any updates.
Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.
Do you ship internationally?
No we do not currently ship internationally.
